Two penthouse apartments  front line  beach with great sea view and four big swimming pools in the garden. Sunny terrace/balcony all day troughout the year. Located 50 minutes from Malaga, 15 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus and 25 minutes from Gibraltar in Marina Duquesa..

Sandy beach, 15-20 restaurants, pubs, banks, shops, beach bars, night bars  inside 100 meters from the apartment,  open all year. Gym and sauna in the cellar.

Very children friendly and safe. Teenagers can have a safe stroll on their own. 24 hours security.

 All amenities around the corner,  but still possible to have a quite time on your own. Not necessary to rent a car if you don’t want to drive around.

Two golf courses (mid prized)  very good reputation and great views inside 10minutes walk from the apartments.

 All you need for a nice holiday in a private luxury flat is on your doorstep.

To Marbella:

· A taxi to Marbella or Puerto Banus is 20-25 minutes, and is recommended for late night dinners.

To Gibraltar:

· Experience the Rock and the genuinely British environment, the grottos and the monkeys. Fun for the children. Shop tax-free !

To Morocco:

· Have a taste of Africa and Arab culture. You can buy a day-trip in the travel agency, or go on your own with the Hydrofoil. A great experience for children and adults, who have not yet visited North Africa. You will be there in two hours.

To Granada:

· A dignified and historic Spanish town oozing culture and character. The Romans established the place, the Arabs invaded it. See Alhambra !

To Sevilla:

· The old town in Sevilla is some of the most beautiful and exquisite that you can experience in Europe. In this location man established his very first habitations in Europe.

To the Atlantic ocean:

· During summer it is exiting to drive the half-hour run to the atlantic beaches towareds Cadiz. Experience the chalk-white sand of the Carribean.

Play golf !:
